Black spots on my clown

Noticed today that my clownfish has black dots all over him.

Is this something to be worried about?

Looks like sting marks

We have:
A moon coral
Paly polyps
Candy cane coral
An acan lord frag
Frogspawn
Orange Florida ricordea
And our mushrooms that hitchhiker in.

He hosts our outflow valve...

+1 to stings. Could be from any of those corals (except the rics and shrooms).

I had the same problem, my frogspawn was the problem ,he tried hosting and took him awhile to get immune to the stings.
