Black stomatella snail?

I have had some stomatella's spawn in my tank and ive got some babies wandering around. they grow very quickly and one of them is black, the entire thing shell and body. I thought maybe because it was so small was the reason but as its grown it has stayed 95% all black except for one little white spot on its shell. Its still not full grown, I have one in my tank thats easily 1/2", he is large, so I suppose he could still change. All other ones in my tank are a pearlescent gray to white. very pretty little guys...

anyone have any idea what would cause this? hopefully its natural...

It's just genetics. I've found red, yellow and black ones under the same rock.

Maybe it's a Scutus limpet?
