First off, Black Tips need very large tanks and grow incredible quick. Not the kind of fish that can be kept in most home aquariums unless you have a tank that is 10'+ long and 6'+ wide. Even with a tank that size, and juvenile black tip will outgrow the tank is 12-18 months and are next to impossible to find a new home for. They also spook easily and can go from 0 to 60 in the blink of an eye. Corals with sharp pointing fingers such as SPS can hurt a spooked black tip and even kill it if he runs into one. Unlike an open reef in the ocean, the confines of an aquarium make obstacle's such as corals difficult to avoid.
Given the nature of your question, it's clear you have little to no experience with this type of shark and I can tell you from first hand experience, this is not the kind of animal you will be able to keep in a reef aquarium.
Further that, the tank in the video you linked to above is a horrible tank for black tips. It's way way too narrow. Just because you see it online does not make it appropriate and that setup is nothing short of inappropriate for black tips!!
