Black Worms

Supplement means "...an addition to..." So in Paul's case the blackworms are a supplement to the clams and mysis. buying large amounts is a good idea but you need an established "worm keeper" to store them in.
 
I think I have the only fish that don't like black worms. My anthias won't touch it. My LPS are OK but doesn't seem any more excited than other foods.

For me, if I feed something every day, it is staple, like mysis and clams (and for me squid, nori and chopped fish also) are a staple, just not the only food. I do agree that it should not be the ONLY food.
 
Others have reported their anthias won't eat it, or they take extra long to start eating it. also, large predators have a hard time seeing the worms and will most likely not eat them. just make sure you're storing them properly so they don't spoil too quickly.
