anyone have any experience with the mix? shrimp would be sexies and several periclimenes spp (spotted anemone, pederson's cleaner).

Everything I've read on those fish says that both will eat small shrimp. I've only kept the grammas with peppermints with no problems, but, the smaller perclemines and sexies might be too tempting. I think you would be risking losing the shrimp. If you wanted to try it, go with the smallest fish you can and add the shrimp first. Still might lose the shrimp once the fish grow a bit.

by small shrimp though it could mean ampipods etc, if the sexy shrimp and nem shrimps are in the tank already there is less chance they will get eaten. Im going to my sexys in with my orchid dotty back soon to see if he will eat them. Im also looking at getting some swissgard basslets so time will tell.

I have kept several G. loreto with many types of smaller shrimp and I have never had any issues. That said, I keep all of my fish very well fed and the grammas were always added after the shrimp had time to establish themselves.

If you have an already established gramma, I believe that it would make an attempt to eat the shrimp if added during lights on. Adding the shrimp at night will often allow it to seek shelter from hungry mouths.
