has anyone ever tried useing blacklights instead of antinics for a night light or suppliment lights?

Black Light not for Regular Use

I bought a "Purple Photon 3" keychain black light from www.photonlight.com for ~$10. It does cause corals to fluoresce when used at night. It is all that I need for my 75-gallon aquarium.

Since the wavelength is 370 nm (UV-A), a black light is not something that I would put in a fixture for regular use.
