the 100 tooth or which ever is sharper because thats more important . and please be carefull saws tend to "grab" and throw plexiglass when you least expect it so be prepared .
Yep that 7" steel laminate blade is the best thing you can use outside of a nice 80+ tooth count ATB blade. If the blades you have aren't ATB then don't use them. You'll melt the cuts if your not quick. The steel blade spins slower because it's smaller and won't heat the cut as much.
If you'll be doing this a bunch Woodcraft has a Freud acrylic ATB blade in 10" for $100.
The 100T blade worked well, as long as I moved quickly. The edges are a bit rough, but nothing a little sanding can't fix. Other than that, no accidents, all went well!! :dance:
