Blasto Stung by Frogspawn - Treatment?

Had a bit of an accident in my tank last night. From what I can tell I Frogspawn frag fell onto my red blasto and stung the hell out of it all night.

The green eye/mouth of the blasto seems to have a bit of white slime in it and a bit of the blasto is blackened.

Once I realized what happened I pulled it out and put it in a iodine dip for about 20 minutes. Is there anything else I can do for it? Any chance of recovery?

Make sure it gets moderate flow to keep the slime off. Blastos are pretty fragile so it might be a goner unfortunately :(

If you have any heads that didn't get stung at all then you could try feeding them, but feeding the stung heads might be counterproductive imo

Unfortunately most of the heads have damage. There's one that doesn't but it's tiny.

I guess I'll let nature take it's course and see what happens.

fwiw I've had great results using Revive on stung / sick corals, iodine was stressing them out too much imo
