So i may have bleached my first acro like crazy by not exactly acclimating it to my LED lights...(lesson learned) Is there any way to bring it back? or is it a lost cause, and i should just move on?
If its still alive, it's should come back. Just put it on the sand bed for a while till it browns out and slowly move it to where you want it. Are you sure It's your lights and not rtn?
How can i be sure? I think it might be RTN now... Ghost white within a day or so...Are there any tell-tale signs to be sure it's RTN? And if it is, should i be worried for the rest of my corals?

I've had SPS bleach completely white and then coloured up again. If its RTN'd you'll know because up close you can see the skeleton. You also might see bits of skin flapping about. There will be no polyps present at all. If the coral has RTN'd after a few days you will notice the bare skeleton will begin to discolour either yellow or light green etc due to algae growing on it.
Leave it in the tank and see what happens.
As for the rest, just make you you really have reduced the power on the LED's. Before I bought my Apogee PAR meter I didnt realise just how much PAR LED's can throw at a coral.
Increase in small increments over a few months and observe your corals for changes either good or bad and then adjust accordingly.
