Bleached anemone that split

I have been trying to cure a bleached RBTA that was a result of the tank getting too hot while I was on vacation. The tank was over 9o degrees. I was trying to bring the color back when i did a water change and the anemone split. This is my first split and not sure what to do about feeding and trying to get the two anemonies back to health.
Any suggestions on how to bring a bleached anemone back to its color. I have been feeding Formula one soaked in Silcon. I am not sure if I should try to feed since they recently split, and how long should I wait to attempt to feed? Can I increase more Phytoplanton? Any help would be appreciated.

The anemone probably split due to the difference in salinity, it seems it is something that I read over and over.

As for your anemone, it probably wont be able to eat for a week since it just splitted, my experience is that it takes almost 1-2 weeks before it closes back properly. They can get their nutrients from absorbsion, so feed them fine food. And if you have clownfish, remove them :)

Depending on how long your rbta has been in aquarium, it can be really hardy and does not require much attention on your part.

They will split when they are stressed.

Wait until the mouths heal and start feeding marine based meats! Meat, meat, meat. Krill, Silversides, Squid, anything. Processed fish food is not enough to keep a nem alive long term.
