bleached anemone

Hi,

I have a RBTA anemone and it is getting lighter in color. We have been having extreme heat in this area and unfortunately the tank was above normal temperature peramiters due to a power outage.

Can something be done to bring back the red/rose color or will be be light in color from now on? Did the heat cause this change?

same thing happened to my GBTA, my tank tempature has been above normal as well.....I will like to know as well.

IME, Other than keeping up with the good water param and suitable environment, you should also feed them more often, perhaps 3 times a week smaller portions... feed them well, they should recover back slowly...
