bleached bubble tip

I have had some problems with anemones in the recent past and am at wits end. I have a bubble tip that was beautiful neon green when brought home and after a week or two it hid under some rockwork and was out of sight for a month or so. Then it came out for a week or two and went into hiding again. Since it has come back out again a few months back and located itself about halfway up the rockwork and shrank from about 5 " to about 1 " and is bleached white. I guess it has expelled its symbiotic algae. It had not been fed since hiding out and since it has reappeared I have tried to feed it and it won't eat anything. I am just wondering if it is doomed or if there is anything I might be able to do. There is a yellow striped maroon that hangs out with it, but there is really almost nothing to the thing anymore. I have 2 x 175 MH lights and 2 actinct lights. One is a 20k and the other is a 10k I think. Internal flow is from three powerheads pushing around 3400 gph. Also in the tank are some zoos and some mushrooms - no other corals currently. Water parameters from last tests were 8dKH, 450 ppm calcium, Phosphate 0.5 ppm, temp 80, Nitrate 25 ppm, pH 8.3, specific gravity 1.026 and nitrite 0. I had anemones in a 46 bowfront with just PC lighting and they were fine (didn't make the move from last duty station), but now with MH I don't seem to be having any luck. Questions would be about the lighting and the amount of water movement. Any other things anyone could recommend or point out?
