Bleached rock

Hi all a buddy of me has some nice rock he doesn't want anymore. The thing is he had soaked them in bleach for a couple of days( I dont know why). How long should I wait before putting any in my tank, or should I not even use it. Thanks

Soaking in bleach is fine. Let it completely sun dry for a week and the soak for 24 hours in ro water. Its generally best then cure it as even after bleaching etc they still tend to leach organics aka ammonia.

I would rinse the rock, then soak it in a strong dechlorinator and freshwater solution for 10-12 hours, then let dry for a few days.
Should be good to go.
