Bleaching or growing of acropora?

Hi, just wondering if you think my acro frag is bleaching or growing or just has a lighter coloured spot?

My water parameters:

Alk: 8.2

Cal: 425

meg: 1300

Looks like growing to me. Bleaching means polyps are still observable, just white. White skeleton without polyps is dead. Not unusual for the growing tips to be quite pale.

Random branches of my frogskin acro go on growth spurts and a lot of the new growth is white to pale green. I think the cause it the coral grows faster than the pigmented algae sometimes.
