What about lights and the placement of the coarl

Light are 3x 250 metal halides and coral is midway up in a 30 inch tank light are 8" off water

something might be bothering/eating it, growth on montis is all around the outer most edge.

Might take a look after lights out with a flashlight, monti eating nudibranch (MEN) are a possibility. Not the easiest to see but if you look close you can. Had white spots start showing on my monties when I had MEN
Doesn't look like bleaching or new growth.

Hard too see in picture buy all that white is on the edges. Nothing on the center or "main"of coral. I'll pull and dip and put in qt to observe
