Yes I too think you got a great price. That's what I paid for a similar candy apple 3 years ago. In my area, nice ones of the quality you bought are going for $250-$3~~ish and really not selling from what I can see. This is based on what my 2 go-to retailers are doing. One of them just put 3 unsold expensive beauties in his display tank which he won't sell out of. Too bad because he'll rarely restock expensive "ultra" corals that he gets stuck on.
Is this scoly inflation here to stay since virtually all are wild caught? Are these high prices the rule now at most LFS retailers? In general, are prices in the ~$250-$300 range on-line as well, and $150'was just a lucky buy?
