Blinking red light / PRO model

Frustrating considering the $$ spent. Week old and the light shuts off and led light blinks red. From what I gather its the fan? On a week old unit?
Light is 9 in AWL, and not inside a canopy. I understand I will receive great customer support - BUT how about just NOT needing one - much less on a new unit.

Not feeling good about this when the warranty is over.

Just now called and will make arrangements Wednesday (serial no and cc). Good chance I will receive replacement light Friday (Boston, MA).
