bloated 6 line wrasse

My wrasse is bloated and I don't know why. It is not due to my overfeeding it since I've barely fed it over the past few days. Here is a link to a picture I posted on Craigslist.

Any advice as to why the wrasse has an enlarged stomach is welcome.

I wouldn't be concern about the wrasse at this point, I'd start counting snails and other small live stocks.

I had a bird wrasse and he was always plump, then discover more and more empty shells. :mad2:

6 lines have been known to spawn in captivity.. but of course it would take more than one

Mine has a belly bulge like that too. I got a tang a few weeks ago and started adding nori, and the 6-line took a liking to it and picks at the nori throughout the day. I wouldn't be too concerned.
