Blond Naso with infection on tail?

Hello. I'm looking for some advice! I think my Blonde Naso has some type of infection. I tried to get some pictures, but it was difficult as she was swimming around a lot and generally is camera shy...

There is a spot on the tail that looks like it is actually spherical rather than a flat spot. I thought there may be one on her "forehead" area but I'm not sure.

The pictures aren't definitive to me. But it has the appearance of being a Lymph clump. You make the call from the following information and photos in these links:
