Blonde Naso stopped eating and has white stringy poop

I've had my 7" blonde naso for about 1 1/2yrs now in my 180. He has always been the biggest eater in my tank eating anything and everything I put in there. His diet consists of Nori, NLS pellets, Ocean Nutrition Flakes and frozen Mysis. I noticed yesterday for the first time ever he did not eat anything I put in the tank. Tried again today and again nothing, still not eating. Today I also noticed he had some white stringy poop. All swimming activity seems normal and there is no heavy breathing. The only unusual thing I noticed was that he is flicking/twitching his upper and lower fins once in awhile. I am 100% sure he has no ich spots on him

All other fish in tank including my other tangs are 100% normal and eating without issues. Only thing I added to the tank was a juvi emperor angel 2 weeks ago. He has been eating normal since day 1 as well. All water params come back normal and inline.

I have some prazipro on order already and am hoping it will work on whatever he has. Open to any other ideas. Thanks

I just had the same thing happen to my clownfish. Used prazipro and also fed seachem metro and focus mixed with nls pellets. Clownfish is now doing fine. Took 2 days after dosing prazi for fish to start eating.

This sounds like parasitic worm and two rounds of the PP should work. PP is easy and safe----maybe the only med that can be used in a DT. It will kill feather dusters and other worms. All of your fish will benefit, it kills flukes and other external worms too. IMO & IME: all new fish should be treated with PP while still in the QT.
