Blue Agave Paly Problems

So I have some blue agaves that haven't been opening fully, and look like they have some brown algae on them. They fell over onto the sand for a few days while I was out of town, not face down though. Is there any type of dip that can remove this algae?

I'm not sure if it is algae, or a fungus. I'm leaning towards algae, and they don't have much on them at all. I am going to do a coral rx dip here in a few minutes, and I am going to increase my flow. But do you guys have any suggestions? I'm attaching a picture below.

My picture will not upload. I'll try to figure it out asap, in the mean time if you have any suggestions let me know

You could try using a soft brush on them. Hydrogen peroxide is something you might want to look into as well. GL.

One of them does look like it could have something on it, but it could have been part of the skirt. Didn't light up like a nudibranch though

Make sure polyps are CLOSED ,,,peroxide dip it ,,4 parts tank water to 1 part 3% peroxide.for 6-8 minutes at best..then put in clean saltwater in a bucket swishing water around for 15 minutes,,then put back in display in a higher flow area..

Will do. I'll keep you guys updated on progression.
