Blue dot sting ray question

I would do 2 rays and a shark. Rays are much more active and entertaining.

I just bought the tank so for fish I was thinking a blue tang and I was reading that there is a fish that cleans the sting ray but I can't find the article anymore dose anyone now the name of the fish

Cleaner shrimp climb on top of my rays and clean. I have cortez rays. Easy to keep.

How are marine rays with nitrates? Do they need pristine water quality?

Blue spots due. Cortez and Yellows handle not perfect water much better due to them being found in areas with some nasty stuff.

Are Cortez and Yellows going to eat smaller fish (anthias, etc.)?

Nope... unless you stop feeding them for a couple weeks and they start hunting.
