Blue Fish Ideas

I would skip the small angels. Cherubs and flamebacks are pretty, but likely to get aggro in a tank with that footprint.

I don't have any experience with chromis, but I understand the blue reef chromis is quite fragile and doesn't ship well. I think they only live about a year in the wild.

My cherub angel was a model citizen for 7.5 years in a 30g mixed reef. Only 2 other fish with it: ocelaris clown and flame hawk, brittle and serpent stars, and CBS. My angel never touched my corals. The CBS likes to wave his arms at fish, but the cherub thinks its a game.

IME they are quite hardy. Not sure where the 1 year lifespan came from - they can live 5 years or more.

+1 The one I had lived for a few years before a 12+ hour power failure too him out. So, from my experience, they should live longer than 1 year.
