blue flasher vs filamented flasher

To me, the two look very similar. Can anyone share a way that i could tell the two apart? There is a fish misslabled at a LFS and it kind of looks like some of the filamented flashers i've seen on line but also very close to some of the blue flashers i've seen online as well. also, does anyone have both in the same tank?

if you see yellow on the dorsal fin.. its not a blue. also if you can catch him flashing then you will definatly know.

The color patterns are much different.
