Blue green chromis

I went to to pick up a member of my clean up crew yesterday and decided to also pick up a blue-green chromis. I got him home and quarantined him.

Seems to be doing well but as I was really looking at him, I thought to myself this is a really pretty fish. So I was thinking of maybe having a few of them. So I was thinking 3.

My setup, 55 lbs of live rock, 40 breeder, SPS dom tank, 29 gallon sump with Reef Octopus nwb 110.

I have a Ruby head wrasse and starry blenny currently in the system. And planned on getting a blue assessor and a single clown. Any opinions on that stock list?

It is hit or miss with chromis being kept in groups. You will usually end up with 1 in the end, and 2 if you are lucky. They tend to kill the weakest link then go for the next. The strongest(or should I say fitest) will be the survivor. This is where survival of the fitest comes into play.

The rest of your stock list looks good. You shouldn't have too much on bio load so your skimmer should be able to keep up. I don't know for sure, but I have heard ruby head wrasses can be somewhat aggressive. I can't remember if it is only with other fairy wrasses or not. Just keep and eye on it.
