blue green chromis

I had a group of 5 chromis in my 150g, but apparently last night one of them died They all seemed happy... I saw a chunk missing from his body... so I suspect one of two rogue gorilla crabs...

In any event, I have another lonely chromis in another 30g reef, so I was wondering if you guys think the old group of four may accept this one?
I tried adding a yellowtail damsel to an established group, and they really harassed the outsider until I had to take him out..

IME, probably not. once they establish their school they dont accept newcomers very well. sorry to hear about your loss. Gorilla's will attack if they can corner a small fish in a cave or crevice when it beds.
