It depend. If it is not severe injury, I usually turn the main light off for like 24 hr. I cover my tank with blanket. So it is really dark inside the tank. So the fish has time to recover. At the same time they can hide from the one that bully them.
This is the way I see it. When you move fish out of the tank, it cause more stress to the fish when you chasing them with the net.
