Blue Hippo Tang w/ Dark Rear Half

Please help. I have two Blue Tangs. The largest one is perfectly fine. The other how ever has a weird dark color to it covering most of it's rear half. I have attached a picture. Sorry it is so poor, I will try and get a better picture when it is dark.

The tang is also swimming very weird. He is almost skipping around using mainly his side fins to move around the tank. He does use his back fin when need be. His belly seems to be full and has a great appetite.

I tested my tank and all levels look good. SG is about 1.025-1.026. Temp is around 80-81 F. No ammonia. No Nitrates. And very little Nitrites.

Please help!

Thank you

Correction.... Went and bought a digital temp meter and my tank is at 85 degrees!! I've been using just a regular floating thermometer for months. I'm bringing down the temp slowly today. We'll see what happens.

Update: I brought my temp down in my tank to around 80 degrees over the last 2 days. Still no change in the appearance or erratic swimming of my hippo. I am going to try and take a better picture tonight and post. Please help!

hmm... i have never seen a hipo swim in the wild but that type of swimming, using mainly his side fins, i've seen on multiple specimens.
Regarding the dark rear, it might not be any disease at all. just the fishes coloration, like us humans not all fish are equal :)
But a more "expert" opinion is warranted.
