Hello, this is my first post, first day at this whole app thing so I hope I get feedback..... But I have a blue jaw trigger and he has a couple spots of ich, I had two eels in my tank and they got in a huge fight and freaked the trigger out, the next day I instantly saw ich on the trigger. Next day I got rid of one of the eels, the newest one, and he seems to be calmer. I've been using the instant ocean all in one marine remedy tablets. I've been treating the tank the past 5 days, due to previous fish having ich...do I keep treating? Or try something else? Will it go away on its own? How long? Still learning about this hobby.

Welcome! First, a couple of things..cryptocaryon (marine ich) does not manifest itself from stress. The parasite is either present or it's not. That being said there could could have been a low virulence of the parasite present and the stress made it worse. Also the all in one remedy tablets are garbage. Don't waste your time, money or pollute your livestock with it.
There are quite a few stickies at the top of this forum on cryptocaryon that are very informative. You have a few treatment options and all vertebrates must be treated, including the eel. http://www.reefcentral.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1992196
Good luck:)

I had an ich outbreak also. I noticed it on my hippo tang the day after I got it I immediately went out and got a 20 gallon QT tank, a heater and put some live rock (recommend by the owner of a marine fish store) and a hang on back filter with no carbon in it on the tank. I used all water from my display tank to fill the QT tank then put 5 fish in it. 1 yellow tang, 1 hippo tang 1 yellow tail damsel, 1 neon blue goby, and 1 fairy wrasse. The next day I brought some cupramine from the LFS and dosed as recommended. It's been 3 days Sun-Wed. and there's no visible sign of ich on my hippo tang anymore. All my fish are eating just fine and no signs of rubbing on rocks. I will continue to keep my fish in the QT tank for another 57 days to makes sure they stay free of ich and to make sure my display tank doesn't have any free floating parasites that could possibly re-infect my fish. I can't treat my display tank because of the inverts in it. The best thing you out anyone starting this hobby should do is set up a QT tank before you buy any fish and treat them before you put them in the main tank it'll save you a lot of headache.
