The Linckia's do best in a well established tank. The Tamaria S. are a little easier to keep but will munch on softies like shrooms and Zoos

They can last long but it doesn't happen often. And it's only in super well establish tanks that are large enough to provide food. I believe they eat a special kind of phytoplankton and they are super sensitive to fluctuations in water parameters.

blue zoo sometimes has them, as for linkia's I think they do fine, I have a blue in my system for over 5 years & still going strong.

don't know how far you are but there's a store in Glendale called Tropical Imports that usually stocks the org ones.
