Blue Morpho Looks Odd

Thanks a ton. I am driving out to Salty Critter to get the shrimp tonight.

I will order the ebay thing too... well there goes my T5 retros I was saving up for lol

UV may or may not help remove ich. I wouldn't go that route unless you already had something. garlic soaked food and a healthy tank (good params) are your best bet. you could yank the fish and treat him, but unless you are experienced in that method... I would not bother trying. odds are pretty high you will shock the fish's system in some way that ends up with a dead fish.

Pick up some rods food, nurtramar prawn ova eggs, and algae/nori and offer a varied diet to make sure he is getting everything he needs to fight it off. add a cleaner if you can, but that will not remove the ich, but it may help lessen it which would allow your tang to become stronger and fight off the rest him/herself.

But like said above, you will need to feed algae regularly (I feed daily, that may or may not work for your fish/system) to keep a health tang.

I have a UV system you could borrow if you wanted to try it. I don't need it right now and if it helps your fish that would be cool.

Let me know.

Thanks guys. I will take all of this advise. I have added two cleaners and the lemon peel loves them, but the morpho has gone nowhere near them.

I added garlic to the shrimp tonight, will try pellets in a few, and also put in some seewead on a clip. So far no luck,

Kevin, I would love to borrow your system and give it a run. I am sure that would help my water a ton. Feel free to PM me with info. I can drive out to pick it up anytime that I am not at the salon.
