Blue Mystery Snail acting weird for over two weeks.

He has been just floating and not active. I checked the water and nothing is out of line. I have been feeding the snails fish flakes, Hikari wafers, and my own Snail-o filled with calcium. The other two snails are active. There are no other living creatures in the tank. Two Marimo moss balls keep them company.
Last week I removed him from the main tank and put him in his own little thing, and keep the water changed and clean.
He will stick his breathing tube out and sometimes a feeler will poke around. Sometimes hes at the bottom, and sometimes he floats. But he does not exit his shell. I haven't seen him really move for almost over two weeks.
He also doesn't seem to want to close his door all the way. I'm not trying to get him to close it though. Im being gentle
Honestly it looks like his little foot is rolled over...? Im not sure how to describe it.....Like a Hamburger?
He used to be the most active and adventurous of my little guys. Now I'm not sure whats going on with him
I have pet Jellyfish that have given me less trouble than this little guy.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I need to learn more about my snails.

Have you added any other snails recently? I don't know if there's any correlation between freshwater snails and abalones but I saw a picture comparing healthy specimens to "infected" ones and they had curled feet so I wonder if the snail isn't some kind of sick. I know that the pictured snail isn't at full adult size but how long have you had it?

Are you sure that's not a Sea Cowrie as opposed to a common snail? What's the top of the shell look like?

No new snails have been added to my tank.
I've had my snails since Early September.
I was told it was a Mystery Snail. But I know how that label could really mean anything. I'll try and get a better photo of the shell For you AlSimmons

Thank you! He is a lovely shade of blue grey. And he and the other tank mates are a lovely ivory with orange(boo), and a purple with orange(Mr. E Snail). And they were doing so well together. But to make sure they didn't pass anything around I had to put him by himself.
I hope we can get some help for the blue one. We've named him Lil'cthulhu

He is pretty. Freshwater snails aren't my specialty, but...it sounds like he was exposed to something that affected his nervous system. I don't know why it would have affected him and not his tankmates, though. Then again, the shell looks somewhat gerontic, so maybe he's headed toward the end of his natural lifespan.

I know some of his shell is a little rough, but that's the way he sure was when I got him. All had pretty rough looking shells, but their new growth is smooth.
And I'm not sure he's old, he's a tiny thing compared to his tank mate who is now twice his size.

If something has made him ill or damaged his system, is there some way to feed or apply something to help?

Just keep him separate and hope for the best? I wish I could get him to eat. He doesn't seem to go to any food I put in the little container

He has passed away. Today he was like flopped out of his shell, and when scooping him out he fell right out of his shell into my hands. Poor little buddy.
