Does anyone have one? If so what do you feed it and do you feed while lights are on or off?

i had one for a almost two years before it kicked the bucket i think...i barely ever saw it, he hid all the time and only came out at night to scavenge, i think he just ate whatever leftover food was around. i actually thought he'd died early on and lo and behold, 6 months later, i spot him. Beautiful but so reclusive, it's almost like not having one.

also had one. found its hiding spot dropped pellets there and he ate that. only time i saw him was when i lured him out with food but had to sit still. if i moved he ducked
