Blue Regal Tang sick?

Ok, so i just got my baby Regal Tang today. It seemed like it was in perfect health in the pet store, but when i brought him home i noticed after a few hours he was growing white bumps around his body. What are those bumps, and what should I do to get rid of them?

Sorry for the bad quality, that's the clearest picture i could get.

There were about 5 white bumps close to its tail on its left side, they seemed to have cleared up. Now it seems like they moved to the front of its face. It also has about 2 bumps on its right side.
