All photos taken with a Canon Digital Rebel (yes, the original digital rebel!) and the Canon 100mm macro.
 
Looks good! It is rare, for me at least, to see one of the jawfish leave it's burrow like that, good job on the capture.

For whatever reason, this one likes to sit out around the tank in the evening. I'm not sure if it's b/c of feeding or what. Hopefully it's normal, I've only had him for a week and a half now, so he might still be settling in. He does have a pvc burrow that I built for him that he hangs in out as well as a few burrows around the tank. I think I'm going to smash up some more rubble for him to build with.

:lmao: good man! :thumbsup: I think the only name one needs to know is the scientific one.. (although there are a handful of common names that have value) That looks very much like an Acanthastrea lordhowensis to me. ;)

The zoa and SPS name game drives me crazy...

I agree, the only time my bluespot left his burrow is when he jumped out of the tank one night.
