Blue Spot Vlamingii Tang Sick HELP

OK here is my Problem I have a Blue Spot Vlamingii Tang She was my Healthiest Fish Till the other day She quit eating and Has sore on her stomach and a red sore just outside her gills. and it looks like fin rot No sure through . I did a Fresh Water dip. has anyone experienced this and can anyone tell me what I might need to treat My next step will be a Hospital Tank The problem is she is very close to 12 inches long so I need a Large Tank all help will be appreciated

Likely is bacterial. Fin rot is treatable by Furanase, Furan-2, Maracyn, Maracyn-Two and Maracyn Plus, or Melafix, but another more serious bacterial infection,fish tuberculosis, which produces skin lesions only late in its course, is treated with erythromycin; and lastly vibrio, which is treatable with kanamycin; Pimafix gives some relief, but is not a cure.

I would suggest looking up these diseases in company with the terms 'marine fish', since some are also present in mammals...and see if you can pin it down. There are pictures online that may help you.
