Blue spotted Jawfish disease

I posted a few weeks back about how my Blue spot had some mechanical damage to his mouth. Well, now that is fine and he's settled into his borrow, but I think he has a bacterial infection. His tail is almost gone....he did have some of the white patches refered to I think as BSJD. Would a food soaked in antibiotics be a good choice? Thanks!
