Big white bump/spot on blue neon gobys head! Help!

Hello,
I was wondering what this big white bump is on my neon blue gobys head it just appeared today and was wondering what is is? Seems to big to be ick and is the only spot on the fish and no other fish has any white spots, could he have hit his head on a rock seems like a scratch or something? Let me know what you think it is, thanks!

Does not look like ich, likly sand particle or maybe lymp virus but i doubt its anything serious

thank you @Dr. Reef i belive it could be that or I think it may be a scratch on his head because he’s recently been swimming in and out of small holes in the rock as well as digging a little hole/den he seems to sleep in!
