Blue Tang best food besides small pellets

What are some of the best foods for a blue tang besides the small pellets that my clowns eat. Occasionally I will put some mysis shrimp in for the clowns and Colorado sunburst anemone.... but what do blue tangs prefer?

Tangs are primarily herbivores. An ideal food for them would be various species of macroalgae such as Ulva, Gracilaria, etc. If you are not able to source live macroalgaes, a good substitute is dried nori or other dried algae.

I feed a lot of this. I give them pellets, sheets of nori and LRS herbivore frenzy.
