Blue tang spot, any ideas?

Hey guys, just noticed this today, he definitely didn't have it yesterday.

If you can't see what it is in the picture, it's a red spot with a white dot on top, maybe a cist? Maybe fighting wound? Should I put reef safe ich stuff to see it it'll help?

I'm no expert but it looks like a wound to me. Any fish chase him around? Or maybe he got cut while squeezing into a rock crevice trying to hide

How is the fish behaving? Any scratching against the rocks or twitching? Is it eating normally?

The "reef-safe ich treatments" don't do anything, even if this is ich (not sure if it is based on the pictures). Save your money.

I agree. Remember they often squeeze into weird places to sleep. Picture not sufficiently definitive.
