blue tangs??

I was told it is possible to keep 2 blue tangs in a 55 gallon if introduced as babies and at the same time. Is this true??

I think they would be o.k. until they got to be larger in size. Tangs like to have alot of swimming room.

You might be ok but you will definitly need to upgrade. They like to swim and can get big

I wouldn't even try it only because they do get large and will outgrow your 55. Unless your 100% sure of getting larger then a 200 gallon tank then don't get them. Save yourself trouble.

As thumbnail-sized BTs, they would be okay. They'll grow quickly though and will need a larger tank. They'll eventually need at least a 6-foot tank.

Well I have plans for a custom 240 being made as soon as I moe. This will be in June/July. But probably wont be running or fish worthy until august/september area.
