Blue tangs

If it's a blue regal / pacific blue / hippo tang (Paracanthurus hepatus), the diet you listed is a pretty good staple. They are more of a plankton eater in nature than most tangs. You could add some other meaty/shrimp type food like krill, brine, cocktail shrimp, etc.
 
Mine loves black worms. If you can get them from your LFS that would be a good addition to what you have listed above.
 
Not for a hippot tang, but for my kole tang: I soak nori in Selcon or Vitachem, and put a folded piece about the size of two playing cards in every day that I remember; that works out to about every other day.
