Blue Tip hairy mushroom Feeding

Who know what to feed a blue tip hairy mushroom? Mines has been looking bad since in my tank. I tried placing it in many spots but no luck. The only thing i can think of is it needs food. Water quality is not an issue. Test come back fine and all my lps, leathers, softies, anemones, and clam is doing fine.

How big is it? I had purple hair mushrooms that were about 4-5 inches in diameter and I fed them small bits of shrimp and silver sides.

The thing is they were about 4 in when i first purchased them but are now the size of a quarter. water quality is not an issue. I do not know what is wrong with them. They have been like this for over 4 months.
