Blue Xenia Frag??

Huh..depends on which blue xenia you're talking about. I thnk the only one anyone would give away would be the blue encrusting type. As for Cespitularias and any of the other rare blue xenias I got, any price asked would be a bargain compared to how hard they are to get...:)

Ok, the image is quite large, but it should give you a good look. You'll see the blue cespitularia between the blue and pink xenias.

Could this be another LE?

LOL..I wouldn't call them LEs, I have the true Blue Cespitularia that grows in stalks and the one everyone's been wanting. My avatar also shows a pink and blue xenia that's seldom seen, it's the largest of any xenias that I've seen.

Just a quick question, if the Blue Cespitularia is so rare, why do the wholesalers sell them off for $15-$20 a rock? I was given a piece by some friends who work at the wholesalers. Not that great.
They look similar to xenia, besides the fact that mine don't pulse. I'm pretty sure that the other Blue Cespitularia's don't pulse either. They just move with the current and look pretty, iguess.
The only blue xenia i can think of that pulse are the African Blues, which don't look real blue at all. They look similar to the red sea, its just the growth pattern and the color is slightly different. Under certain lighting, the tips can look slightly blue, but the main body and polyps aren't that blue.
