Scott is either going to put together minutes (so that you don't need to read all the chatter) or send out the whole transcript to you and the rest of the BOD. We need your decision on one issue that didn't get voted in a way that won BOD majority. We didn't want to vote just on who made it into the meeting, especially since you tried to make it in, and Sanjay was out of town, so if we didn't get enough people to agree (5 not including me) we didn't want to make it official. But the important issues won unanimously so your being there would not have affected the outcome.

There is really no need to post the BOD chats. What is important is to post the Minutes of the meeting.

This is the right way to do things.

We need to get the boards back up..all the security and posts were lost with the hacker. Some of it is still in place, but it needs to be re-built.
