how do you glue acrylic together? anyone have some stuff or know where to get it? Im converting my sump to a refugium and just have to put in a few pieces THANKS

Weldon is the stuff to use. Check your local plastics shops. I use WeldOn 3, thinner than water and wicks into cracks well. Just block up you work and apply. There are some tricks if you're worried about bubbles, though. Gotta keep it in the frig w/ a tight seal inside a ziplock to keep it from evaporating, though.

Weld-On #4. It will basically melt the joints together. Make sure to run it the entire length of the joint and watch for airbubbles. i search on google should bring up a supplier for it.

ok i seen someone posted weldon on #16... it is abit easier to use as a first timer (its abit thicker). the weldon #4 is abit harder to work with but will make a more purty joint. Being thats its a sump who cares about beauty though right?
