I'm not sure which one Tomoko brought. There are lots of green milles but I've kept the one you got from me because the polyps get ridiculously long compared to others. Give it a couple of months to settle in and get comfortable. Hope they turn out to be different ones:)

Either way, it's a very nice piece!!! I'll enjoy it either way so it don't matter. I miss the Millie cause I've had one before I moved. It died off during that period and I miss it.....Thanks again!

Sorry to hear about the birdsnests. I got one from Chris and it is doing very well. It has a little dieoff at the bottom from being glued but that is it.

Chris, how is the favia doing?

I must have hit quote instead of edit above:rolleyes:

Well that's 3 of the bidsnests so far with one possibly saved by fragging. The only thing I can figure might have caused it was the extra bag I put on the inside of the double bagging instead of triple bagging like I usually do birdsnests. These bags were shorter than the ones I usually use so I did that so they didn't poke holes (triple bagging was hard to do because the frags were large and it was hard to tie them and get the frags in there). Maybe they limited the amount of circulation in the bag.......I don't know.

LMK next time I will see you Robbie and I'll get you another one.

The Favia looked good yesterday Michael. I think it will be fine:)

thanks, Chris

Lindsey,

I lost all of the caroliniana frags after I got home... They'd been cut for over a month, so it must have been the cold. I got home Saturday night and left them in the frag tank with a heater and PH to unload in the morning. The heater couldn't keep the water in the frag tank above 72.5 (15 gallons of water...). Those were the only things that didn't make it back into the frag tank. I'll replace it for you the next time I see you.

I also got a green birdsnest from Chris and mine is doing awsome. I didn't even get them out of the bad till late that night but I had a double heat pack in the cooler and came straight home so maybe the others got to cold? I can let you have mine Pickup when you make your rounds this way. I can get up with Chris soon enouph since I go his way every 2 months or so. I really don't need such a fragile coral (breaking wise) with a eminent move anyways. Chris just made me an unbelivable deal on a 4 frag pack so I couldn't say no ;).

BTW Chris all 4 fraggs are looking good so if anyone my way PMs you they lost theirs just LMK and I will hook em up for ya.

angela, I may take you up on that, but havent the slightest idea of when. I do have some good parts on it and when the lights were on last night, i was gettin some polyp extension, although not what is ideal. I hinkt I had a bit too much current on it when I put it in. I am out of town this week, so we shall see when I get home.

Hey you guys...I can also transport frags back and forth if need be.

I am going to Nashville on Feb 9, I believe. If anyone needs anything transported, just hollar at me!

I got a birds nest & 4 other frags from fishdoc & all are doing well. My birds nest is several frags on a disk so if someone needs a replacement, I could split the frag disk & share it.

I travel to and fro as well, but not quite as often. I probably won't be going back to East TN until first week of March for Spring Break. :)

But FWIW, I don't mind transporting.

I am comming home (east tn) March 8th weekend so my hubby can go to court in VA. for a wreckless driving ticket he got Christmas eve :( The trooper was not happy to be working or he would have wrote it for 1 MPH less to keep it from being wreckless driving! Virgina is AWFULL for there jerk troopers!! That ticket just put the icing on the cake to a bad trip as it was :(.

My frag was huge also and still doing great so I can split or just get another later.

Fishdoc,

After being gone all week, I got home tonight to find that the coral is still here. albeit with some large white patches on the branches, but I will have polyps and they are fuzzy with extension. hopefully we can get some regrowth in the bad areas. so for now, we will just wait and see....will try to get a photo.

Great to hear:)
My pokerstar seems to have stopped receeding as well. Always good to get good, although guarded at this point, news:)
