You're really starting to get quite a collection of LE/rare/ORA/etc. corals going there! Looking good!

Who me?!?!?! :rolleyes: Mine are all in frag form though... I get trade happy and never let anything go long enough to grow out... Not to mention I lost all my SPS last year, so everything I have is little more than a frag... :)


Dave and Chris have the nicest colonies... :D
 
Randy, since you get trade happy, can you be sell happy???? Still looking for red wine and rainbow zoas.
Oh, Dave those zoas from you are really taking off, there are 4 full new heads from the 2 "AoG" polyps and the others have a few spots which look like soon to be polyps.
I'm starting to get a little collection, so far I'm up to 15 different ones-- I think. Still looking for rarities.
 
So, Randy's holding out on us, huh? Guess I'll have to hold out too next time he comes knockin' LOL! I may know who else has the rainbow palys locally (hint, hint) but it may be awhile before they're fraggable. But, alas, I didn't acquire my collection overnight, so a week or a year doesn't matter to me. Glad yours are reproducing GPhi. Soon you'll have some barter stock too!
 
I'm not holding out... :D Mine are just tiny... ;) Most of them aren't fraggable yet... I have traded with Chris and Jeff a bit...

When I got my Red Wines I received 3 polyps... I have had them over 6 months and they remain 3 polyps.. :( I'm not sure what to do to get them to grow... I've moved them just about everywhere in a couple different tanks... I don't have any rainbows, you'll have to look in Dave's direction...

acrodave~ That looks more like the Hawkin's "Echinata" that is more than likely a turaki... At least I have been told that by a few reputable sources... Its a nice piece though... I'll try and get pics of mine sooner rather than later... :rolleyes: The Deepwater is more elongated...

Acrodave - Yea that one didn't come with a name when I bought it but I liked it enough to get it. I'm really loving the coral in the last pic though, picked it up from CR, and I'm sure you were there when I picked it up, I forget who's tank you said it came from, you remember? The blue tip one...

I actually got a couple of nice frags in this morning, or yesterday morning now that I need to take pics of as well...

I'm going to have to pick up that dang Setosa... It has such interesting growth formation... Hopefully it will grow fast for either Rudy or Dave or both for that matter... :D
 
Unfortunately, from what I've seen and people I've spoken to, it does not grow quickly :(

Yeah, I've heard the same... Oh well... I can always hope... ;)

I've also heard it varies between shades of pinks and oranges...

If I remember correctly Dave's looks more orange???

How about yours Rudy???
 
Mine looks more pink...And not sure if it's a fast or slow grower yet. Here's some growth shots though
