Both 96w Actinics Bulbs Broken Upon Receipt

Hi -

I ordered 2 96w actinic bulbs that arrived on the 13th of Sept. The bulbs arrived on the I opened my order last night and bActinic bulbs were broken upon receipt .

What should my next steps be to replce these?

Hi Jason,

I believe I have already spoke with you earlier this week regarding the broken bulbs, and we are having replacement bulbs shipped out to you ASAP. I apologize again that they did not make it to you safely.
