I've been playing around with some really low, wide angle shots lately. My Gitzo can get pretty low but the camera is still about a foot off of the ground. I wanted lower.
I found this little Manfrotto setup and it's pretty cool. It's a 209 set of legs with a 482 BH. I added a Really Right Stuff clamp so it works with my existing L-bracket. I don't have live view on my camera so I rely on an angled viewfinder but I can't wait to get out and start playing with it.
I might end up picking up a RRS BH-25 at some point as this little guy can't hold much weight but for now it'll work.
